JumpStart brings to you a collaborative team of people and resources led by Rev. Dr. Ken G. Crawford. Ken is an ordained minister in the Christian Church (Disciples of Christ) with a doctorate in leadership from Southern Methodist University. He has spent the last 25 years focusing on leadership development and missional engagement in congregation and community. Ken’s ministry background includes leadership in congregational and institutional settings. His faith and ministry formation includes strong United Methodist, Presbyterian and Jesuit influences.
Other team members include clergy and laity with a wide range of personal and professional experiences across several denominations. Their expertise includes marketing, sales, management, organizational systems, communications, finance and administration, as well as roles in nonprofit, government and education settings.
